How to Register

You can register on-line by submitting the registration form below or you can download a Registration Form (PDF File) and send it by mail or fax to CITE.

There are minimum and recommended computer requirements for the CITE courses. Please check them here.

On-Line Registration Form

This registration form has five options: the Full Semester Course, Certificate Programs, Instructor-led Web-based ("Blended") Courses, Individual Courses Selections, and new Individual Courses in Spanish (Selección de Cursos Individuales en Castellano).

Full Semester Course:

Fundamentals of ITS and Traffic Management ($950)
ITS Applications and Management ($950)

Certificate Programs*:
There are four certificate programs: ITS Project Management, Road Weather Management, Traffic Engineering & Operations and ITS Systems. Each program consists of three (3) core courses, two (2) electives and one (1) bonus course. Please select the certificate program with two (2) electives + bonus course.

PLEASE NOTE: The above Certificate called ITS Project Management is being sponsored jointly by CITE and the FHWA ITS Professional Capacity Building (PCB) Program. One of the advantages of this joint partnership is that you are eligible to take either all web-based courses through CITE or a combination of classroom courses through NHI and web courses through CITE. If classroom courses are taken through NHI, you will need to supply CITE with a copy of your certificate of completion to receive substitution credit. Please note that in order to complete the certificate, the only way to register is through CITE. A total of $105 credit will be taken from the $625 certificate fee for each classroom course that is taken from NHI. This substitution policy was effective as of November 1, 2005..
