Course Material Review
Friday, June 23 – Thursday, July 6, 2006
Students are advised to review Modules A and B of the course material which is labeled as “Curriculum” in WebCT.
Friday, July 7 – Thursday, July 20, 2006
Students are recommended to review Module C of the course material which is labeled as “Curriculum” in WebCT.
Friday, July 21 – Thursday, August 3, 2006
Students are recommended to review Module D of the course material which is labeled as “Curriculum” in WebCT.
Conference Calls
Wednesday, June 28, 2006, 1:00 -1:45 PM
Conference Call with Instructor – The instructor will introduce the course and let students know what will be expected from them. Students will be able to ask questions about upcoming course exercises and any course material that has been reviewed to date. Dial-in information will be posted in WebCT.
Wednesday, July 19, 2006, 1:00 – 2:30 PM
Conference call with the instructor. If students have any questions about the course material reviewed to date or the class problem, they should submit them to the instructor via e-mail by 9:00 AM the day of the call. The instructor will answer them during the conference call and will also discuss Class Problem # 1. Dial-in information will be posted in WebCT.

Class Workshop
Class Problem #1 – This exercise will be completed after Module B and is found under the “Class Exercises” icon in WebCT.
- Saturday, July 15, 2006 - Students are to post their answer to this problem in the “Discussions” section in WebCT by 11:55 PM (ET) on this date.
- Tuesday, July 18, 2006 - Students should review other student submittals and provide comments to at least three of them by 11:55 PM (ET) on this date.
- Grading - Students will receive a grade for this exercise only if they post their answers to the “Discussions” section in WebCT and respond to at least three other student submittals by the above dates.
- Answers to Class Problem #1 will be available in WebCT on July 19, 2006.
Class Problem #2 - This exercise will be completed after Module D and is found under the “Class Exercises” icon in WebCT.
- Saturday, August 5, 2006 - Students are to post their answer to this problem in the “Discussions” section in WebCT by 11:55 PM (ET) on this date.

Final Exam
Thursday, August 10 – Monday, August 14, 2006
The final exam will be available through WebCT beginning at 12:05 AM (ET) on Thursday, August 10, 2006 through 11:55 PM (ET), Monday, August 14, 2006. Students will complete the final exam on-line through WebCT. In order to receive their course certificate, students will also be required to complete the course evaluation also on-line through WebCT. Final grades will be posted in WebCT on Wednesday, August 16, 2006.
Course Grades
Grades for the course will be determined by student participation in the following items and will be weighted as shown below. Students must obtain a 70% or better to pass the course and receive a certificate.
