Authors

Mashrur A. Chowdhury is an assistant professor in the department of civil and environmental engineering and engineering mechanics at the University of Dayton, Dayton,OH. He received his Ph. D. in civil engineering from the University of Virginia, and his M.Sc. in transportation from Morgan State University.

Adel Sadek is an assistant professor of civil and environmental engineering at the University of Vermont. He received his Ph. D. and M.Sc. in transportation engineering from the University of Virginia.
